Nonprofit managers face a never ending juggling act: How can you deal successfully with those ever-shifting, unrelenting demands on your time? While we can’t reduce the number of demands, this workshop can help with coping strategies for handling them more effectively.

  • Separating the urgent from the important;
  • Eliminating time wasters;
  • Using planning tools more effectively;
  • Delegation technique;
  • Confronting roadblocks you face to managing priorities; and
  • Stress management.

You will walk away with an action plan you can implement back at the office.
