Tina Cincotti is the founder and principal consultant of Funding Change (http://www.FundingChangeConsulting.com). Funding Change was created to help nonprofit organizations build successful fundraising programs that last, even during an economic crisis. She brings a particular passion for working with grassroots social change groups. With twelve years experience in fund development, Tina specializes in building individual donor programs, improving donor communications and nurturing donor relationships, creating development plans, and training and coaching board and staff new to fundraising.
