Sarah Lange, MSW, is the Principal and Founder of New Era for Non-profits, a consulting firm focused on helping nonprofits integrate best practices into their daily operations. Having spent more than two decades in the field of nonprofit management, she is well known and respected for her depth and breadth of expertise in all aspects of fund development, organizational change, leadership and board development, strategic planning, needs assessments and evaluation. Prior to founding New Era, she provided consulting services to more than 100 New England nonprofits. She also played a significant role in the growth and development of the Oak Hill Community Development Corporation in Worcester, MA. Her early career includes numerous roles in higher education, community service, the arts, public health, health and non-profit management.
