Cindy Rowe, principal of Rowe Resources, has worked with nonprofits for over 15 years. Her consulting firm provides fundraising, event/conference planning, legislative advocacy organizing, and management services to nonprofits and government agencies throughout Massachusetts. Prior to launching her consulting business, she managed a statewide political campaign and worked in the Massachusetts State House on legislative and community affairs.
