Successful staff members at TDC think holistically and strategically about all aspects of client organizations, from the markets they serve to their staffing and governance. We work in a very fast-paced environment on multiple engagements at once, which creates an unusual opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of nonprofit organizations and their supporters.

As such, TDC looks for candidates with a strong analytical capability and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
Additionally, successful TDC consultants possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; intellectual curiosity; the ability to think strategically; a high degree of self-motivation; a sense of humor; and, a demonstrated interest in the nonprofit or social sector.
