Jessica Baylor

Practice Manager

Jessica, Practice Manager, joined TDC in 2017. She is responsible for business development; knowledge management and communications; hiring and talent management.

Before joining TDC, Jessica coordinated recruitment events and branding strategies for the talent acquisition team at HBO. Jessica’s interest in the nonprofit sector developed during her time at the Boston Foundation where she worked on the Foundation’s investment strategies in the education sector. Jessica has gained experience across the nonprofit sector in New York and Boston in a variety of recruiting, development and event-related roles. Jessica received a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from the New School. She holds a BA in Urban Studies and French from the College of Wooster.
