Why TDC?

“Our broad interests at TDC allow us to apply knowledge from one area to another. I draw on my experience in outcomes evaluation to inform my planning work. By challenging clients to ground their plans in a theory of change, we can help to balance aspirations with complex realities on the ground as they make strategic choices.”
