TDC Juliana Koo
Juliana Koo, Senior Associate, joined TDC in 2008. She has experience in strategic planning, business planning, market research, organizational assessment, and organizational development. Working with organizations positioned for change or growth, Julie helps clients identify strategic priorities and develop the resources and capacity necessary to achieve their goals. She has worked for and consulted to a wide range of organizations in the arts and culture, healthcare, philanthropy, higher education, and beyond.

Prior to joining TDC, Julie was the executive director of the Program on Social Enterprise at the Yale School of Management. She also worked as managing editor at Kaya Press, a nonprofit publisher of Asian and Asian American literature, and has served on peer review panels for the Massachusetts Cultural Council, the New York State Council on the Arts, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
